for “the internal market” substitute “trade within the United Kingdom”;

in point (f), for “Union”, in both places it occurs, substitute “United Kingdom”;

for the second and third subparagraph substitute—

“Regulations made under this paragraph must specify the substantive and geographic scope of the derogation and the period for which the derogation applies.”;

for “Commission may adopt implementing acts” substitute “Secretary of State may make regulations”;

omit the last sentence.
