Regulation 46 Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014

In Article 1, in the second subparagraphf1, after point (b) insert—

“(c)

‘appropriate authority’ means:

(i)

the relevant authority for the constituent nation in which the regulations apply, or

(ii)

if consent is given by the relevant authority for the constituent nation in which the regulations apply, the Secretary of State.”.
