In Article 8—

(a)

in paragraph 1—

(i)

for “Commission shall adopt implementing acts, laying down” substitute “relevant authority may publish”;

(ii)

omit “Union’s”;

(iii)

omit the last sentence;

(b)

for paragraph 2 substitute—

“2.

Following publication of the work programme, the appropriate authority may issue a call for proposals for simple programmes to implement the work programme.”.
