Regulation 59 Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1240

In Article 28—

(a)

for paragraph 2 substitute—

“2.

The tendering procedure must be open for at least six days.”;

(b)

in paragraph 3, for “Union or a Member State” substitute “constituent nation”;

(c)

in paragraph 4, for “Implementing Regulation”, in both places it occurs, substitute “tendering procedure”.
