# The Agriculture (Legislative Functions) (EU Exit) (No.2) Regulations 2019, Regulation 67: Amendment of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007


In Article 2, after point (cc) insert—
“(dd) ‘appropriate authority’ has the meaning given in Article 38a.”.
