# The Agriculture (Legislative Functions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 37: Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013


In Article 15, for the second sentence substitute “The appropriate authority may make regulations amending Annex I, following such a review.”.
