# The Agriculture (Legislative Functions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 5: Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013


In Article 15—
(a) for the words from “Commission” to “acts” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”;
(b) omit the second paragraph.
