# The Agriculture (Legislative Functions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 85: Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013


In Article 68, in the second subparagraph, for the words from “Commission” to “Article 149” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”.
