Article 10 Dissolution of Agricultural Research Institute

On the appointed day the Agricultural Research Institute of Northern Ireland is dissolved.

Schedule 3 (which makes provision for the transfer of the property, rights, liabilities and staff of the Agricultural Research Institute of Northern Ireland and contains other transitional provisions relating to the Institute) shall have effect.
