  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Agriculture (Payments) (Amendment, etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.\n(2) These regulations come into force—\n(a) as regards Part 3 on IP completion day;\n(b) otherwise immediately before IP completion day.",
