# The Air Navigation (Environmental Standards For Non-EASA Aircraft) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and Commencement


This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Environmental Standards for Non-EASA Aircraft) Order 2008 and comes into force on the tenth day after the day on which it is made.
