# The Air Navigation (Environmental Standards For Non-EASA Aircraft) Order 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

In accordance with section 102(3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60(1), (2)(a) and (b) and (3)(q) and (r), 61(1), 101(1)(a) and 102(2) of and Schedule 13 to that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
