  "text": "For microlight aeroplanes first registered in the United Kingdom or elsewhere before 1st April 1986 the maximum noise levels, when determined in accordance with the noise evaluation method specified in Section 2, must not exceed the following—\n(a) single seat microlight aeroplanes – 80LAE (dB(A));\n(b) two seat microlight aeroplanes – 84LAE (dB(A)).",
