# The Air Navigation (Environmental Standards For Non-EASA Aircraft) Order 2008, Paragraph 3


For microlight aeroplanes first registered in the United Kingdom or elsewhere on or after 5 April 2002 the maximum noise levels, when determined in accordance with the noise evaluation method specified in Section 2, must not exceed 80LAE (dB(A)).
