Article 15 Production of noise certificate

(1)

Within a reasonable time after being requested to do so by the CAA or an authorised person, the commander of an aircraft shall cause to be produced to the CAA or that person every noise certificate in force in respect of that aircraft other than any certificate which may be required to be produced under regulation 18(3) of the Aeroplane Noise Regulations 1999.

Within a reasonable time after being requested to do so by the CAA or an authorised person, the operator of an aircraft shall cause to be produced to the CAA or that person every noise certificate in force in respect of that aircraft other than any certificate which may be required to be produced under regulation 18(3) of the Aeroplane Noise Regulations 1999.
