# The Air Navigation (Environmental Standards) Order 2001, Article 25: Acceptance of reports


The CAA may, for the purposes of this Order, accept reports furnished to it by a person whom it may approve, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as it thinks fit, as qualified to furnish such reports.
