# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 101: Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1032/2006


(1) Article 8 (verification of systems) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2 for “a notified” substitute “an appointed”.
(3) In paragraph 3 for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”.
