# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 125: Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 29/2009


(1) Article 1 (subject matter and scope) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 omit “coordinated”.
(3) In paragraph 3 for “defined in Parts A and B of Annex 1” substitute “under the responsibility of the United Kingdom”.
