# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 159: Article 7 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 73/2010


(1) Article 7 (consistency, timeliness and personnel performance) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “more than one Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom and one or more Member States”, and
(b) for “those AIPs” substitute “the AIP of the United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 2 for “their Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
