# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 168: Annex 8 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 73/2010


(1) Annex 8 (requirements for the assessment of conformity or suitability for use of constituents referred to in Article 11) is amended as follows.
(2) In point 2—
(a) after “manufacturer, or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”, and
(b) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
(3) In point 3—
(a) after “manufacturer, or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”, and
(b) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
(4) In point 4—
(a) after “manufacturer, or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”,
(b) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”, and
(c) omit “EC” in the first place it occurs.
