# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 177: Article 6 of Regulation (EU) No 255/2010


(1) Article 6 (general obligations of ATS units) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 for “EATMN” substitute “UK ATMS”.
(3) In paragraph 5, in the unnumbered paragraph after point (i) omit “, and by,”.
