# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 191: Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011


(1) Article 2 (definitions) is amended as follows.
(2) In point (14) at the end insert “(see Articles 13 and 14 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time)”.
(3) In point (18) for “a Member Sate” substitute “the CAA”.
(4) Omit point (21).
(5) Before point (22) insert—
“(21a) ‘network functions’ means the air traffic management (ATM) network functions mentioned in Article 6(2) of Regulation (EU) No 551/2004;”.
(6) In point (22)—
(a) after “551/2004” insert “, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time,”, and
(b) for “this Regulation” substitute “in Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time”.
(7) In point (23)—
(a) after “Manager” insert “under Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time,”, and
(b) for “Strategic” substitute “Strategy”.
(8) In point (24), after “Manager” insert “under Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time,”.
(9) In point (27) after “means” insert “the CAA and”.
