Article 8 (relations with operational stakeholders) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2 for “at local or functional airspace block level” substitute “by them”.
(4)
In paragraph 3 for “I to VI” substitute “1 to 3”.
(5)
In paragraph 4 after “7(1)” insert “of Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to timef1,”.
(6)
Omit paragraph 5.
