# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 224: Article 1 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1034/2011


(1) Article 1 (subject matter and scope) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “competent authorities” substitute “the competent authority”,
(b) for “(ATFM),” substitute “(ATFM) and”, and
(c) for “and other network functions” substitute “in the airspace under the responsibility of the United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “competent authorities” substitute “the competent authority”,
(b) for “their” substitute “its”,
(c) for “ATFM,” substitute “ATFM and”, and
(d) for “and other network functions” substitute “in the airspace under the responsibility of the United Kingdom”.
