# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 232: Article 9 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1034/2011


(1) Article 9 (safety oversight of changes to functional systems) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 omit “relevant” in both places it occurs.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) omit “relevant”,
(b) for “competent authorities” substitute “the competent authority”, and
(c) omit “in accordance with national law”.
