# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 236: Article 13 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1034/2011


(1) Article 13 (safety directives) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Competent authorities” substitute “The competent authority”, and
(b) for “they have” substitute “it has”.
(3) Omit paragraph 3.
(4) In paragraph 4 for “Competent authorities” substitute “The competent authority”.
