Regulation 238 Article 15 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1034/2011

Article 15 (safety oversight reporting) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—

(a)

in the words before point (a) for “Competent authorities” substitute “The competent authority”, and

(b)

in point (b)—

(i)

for “Member States which established or nominated the competent authority, if applicable,” substitute “the United Kingdom”, and

(ii)

for “that” substitute “the”.

(3)

Omit paragraph 2 and the unnumbered paragraph after paragraph 2.
