# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 247: Article 3 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1035/2011


(1) Article 3 (competent authority for certification) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the words before point (a) after “shall be” insert “the national supervisory authority”, and
(b) omit points (a) to (c).
(3) In paragraph 2 for the words from “the authority” to the end of the paragraph substitute “the national supervisory authority”.
