Annex 1 (general requirements for the provision of air navigation services) is amended as follows.

in point (a) omit “Union”,

(b)

in the first unnumbered paragraph after point (b) omit the words from “consistent”, in the first place it occurs, to “and”, and

(c)

in the second unnumbered paragraph after point (b) omit the words from “and identifying” to the end of the paragraph.
