# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 263: Article 4 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1206/2011


(1) Article 4 (performance requirements) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph 1.
(3) In paragraph 6—
(a) in the words before point (a) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”,
(b) in point (a) for “paragraphs 1 and 2” substitute “paragraph 2”, and
(c) in point (c)—
(i) omit “agreed by all Member States and”, and
(ii) after “with” insert “Member States and”.
