# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 27: Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 550/2004


(1) Article 9 (designation of providers of meteorological services) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Member States” substitute “The national supervisory authority”, and
(b) for “their responsibility” substitute “the responsibility of the United Kingdom”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
