# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 280: Article 6 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1207/2011


(1) Article 6 (spectrum protection) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”, and
(b) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”, and
(b) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
(4) Omit paragraph 4.
