# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 288: Article 14 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1207/2011


(1) Article 14 (exemptions on aircraft) is amended as follows.
(2) In each of paragraphs 1 and 2 after “exempted” insert “by the CAA”.
(3) Omit paragraphs 3 to 5.
