after “or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”,

(b)

for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”, and

(c)

omit “from 17 November 2013”.

for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”, and

(b)

after “issued in the” insert “United Kingdom or European”.
