# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 321: Article 14 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1079/2012


(1) Article 14 (exemptions) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “the first paragraph of Article 4 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 730/2006,” substitute “point SERA.5005(d)(2) of the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012”, and
(b) for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”, and
(b) omit “local”.
(4) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA, if”,
(b) omit “local”, and
(c) for “the Commission” substitute “Eurocontrol”.
(5) Omit paragraph 4.
