# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 325: Annex 1 to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1079/2012


(1) Annex 1 (Member States referred to in Articles 5 and 6) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading for “Articles 5 and 6” substitute “Article 5”.
(3) In the text before the indented list for “Articles 5(2), 6(3), 6(5) and 6(8)” substitute “Article 5(2)”.
(4) Omit the last indent (United Kingdom).
