  "text": "(1) Article 4 (national supervisory authorities) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading for “authorities” substitute “authority”.\n(3) In paragraph 1—\n(a) for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”,\n(b) omit “, jointly or individually,”, and\n(c) for “their” substitute “the”.\n(4) In paragraph 2 for “authorities”, in both places it occurs, substitute “authority”.\n(5) In paragraph 3—\n(a) for “National supervisory authorities” substitute “The national supervisory authority”,\n(b) for “their” substitute “its”,\n(c) after “powers” insert “under this Regulation and under the measures referred to in Article 3”, and\n(d) omit the words from “This shall be” to the end of the paragraph.\n(6) In paragraph 4—\n(a) for “Member States” substitute “The national supervisory authority”,\n(b) for “national supervisory authorities have” substitute “it has”,\n(c) for “them” substitute “it”, and\n(d) after “Regulation” insert “and under the measures referred to in Article 3”.\n(7) Omit paragraph 5.",
