# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 89: Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 2150/2005


(1) Article 6 (tactical airspace management (level 3)) is amended as follows.
(2) In each of paragraphs 1 to 4 for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”.
(3) In paragraph 5 for “Member States shall” substitute “the Secretary of State must endeavour to”.
