  "text": "(1) Article 3 (components of the network) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1 for “EATMN” substitute “UK ATMS”.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) omit “and the Network Manager”,\n(b) omit “respective”,\n(c) for “in accordance with” substitute “having taken due account of”,\n(d) after “Network Strategy Plan” insert “specified in Article 8 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time,”,\n(e) for “Articles 8 and 9 respectively” substitute “Article 9”,\n(f) omit “and Union-wide”, and\n(g) for “the performance scheme” substitute “any performance scheme established pursuant to Chapter IV of Part 1 of the Transport Act 2000”.",
