# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 28: Article 12 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123


(1) Article 12 (relations with Member States) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading for “Relations with Member States” substitute “Results of the coordinated decision-making process”.
(3) Omit paragraphs 1 and 2.
(4) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “Member States’ authorities” substitute “the CAA or operational stakeholders”,
(b) for “the Network Manager shall consult them within” substitute “and they are part of”,
(c) for “and they shall” substitute “they must”, and
(d) omit “at national level”.
