# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 4: Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373


In Article 2 (definitions) after point (1) insert—
“(1A) ‘the CAA’ means the Civil Aviation Authority;”.
