Article 22 (monitoring and reporting) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2—

(a)

omit the first sentence,

(b)

for “this process” substitute “the Network Manager’s function under Article 22 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/123 as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time^f1”, and

(4)

omit paragraph 3.
