Regulation 49 Annex 3 to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123

Annex 3 (the radio frequency function) is amended as follows.

In Part A (objective and scope), in point 2—

(a)

for “Network Manager and” substitute “CAA as”,

(b)

(c)

(d)

omit the second sentence.
