# The Al-Qaida (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011, Regulation 19: Revocation and repeal


(1) The Al-Qaida and Taliban (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
(2) In section 63(1) of the Counter-Terrorism 2008 (application to set aside financial restrictions decision), paragraph (aa) (decision in connection with the 2010 Regulations) is repealed.
