Paragraph 3 Consequential amendments to secondary legislation

In regulation 2(1) of the Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2007f1, in the definition of “terrorist financing”, for sub-paragraph (d), substitute—

“(d)

regulation 10 of the Al-Qaida (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011; or”.
