# The Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012 (Continuation) Order 2024, Article 2: Continuation of minimum pricing provisions


Despite section 2(1) of the Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012, the minimum pricing provisions are to continue in effect after the end of the 6 year period.
