  "text": "(1) The FCA may revoke its approval granted under regulation 26.\n(2) If the FCA proposes to revoke its approval it must give the applicant a warning notice.\n(3) If the FCA decides to revoke its approval—\n(a) it must give the applicant a decision notice; and\n(b) the applicant may refer the matter to the Tribunal.",
