# The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013, Regulation 48: Marketing under the designation ‘EuSEF’ or ‘EuVECA’


Regulations 49 to 51 do not apply to the marketing of an AIF under the designation ‘EuSEF’ or ‘EuVECA’.
