# The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013, Regulation 60: Manner and content of notifications


A notification under regulation 57, 58 or 59 must—
(a) be made in such manner as the FCA may direct; and
(b) contain or be accompanied by such information as the FCA may direct.
