Regulation 70 Application of procedural provisions of the Act

Part 9 of the Act applies in the case of a matter referred to the Tribunal under these Regulations as it applies in the case of a matter referred to the Tribunal under the Act.

Part 26 of the Act applies to warning notices and decision notices given under these Regulations as it applies to such notices given under the Act.
